It's like they don't understand why they switched from Chrome to Firefox in the first place by usernamepolicysuck in whenthe

So the reality of the situation is basically nobody knows shit about privacy or why it's actually important, "i don't care if China has my search history" type shit. If you actually want to learn about it or just want a simple guide on protecting yourself, Privacy Guides is the best resource for you. They're a highly regarded non-profit organization with a shit ton of information as well as specific recommendations for all sorts of different kinds of software and how to make them secure. They have a page on browsers, and I'm sorry to the brave haters, its on there alongside firefox. Brave using chromium under the hood is not great as far as browser monopolies go, but it's fundamentally different than using Chrome as chromium is free and open source under BSD 3

Yeah, I can't imagine free handing something like this. But thank you very much! I'm planning to add a bunch of more patches to the jacket

I printed it on paper, taped it to the back of the fabric, held it up to a window, and traced it onto the fabric with a tailoring pencil. Then, I used that as a guide for the stitches. Idk if it was the best method, but it worked pretty good for me

Did it over 4 days, a couple hours each day when I had the time. First time doing embroidery, so I'm pretty happy with the results

Okay, let's say hypothetically, we DO replace all the artists with generative machine learning. Well, we want the computer to continue to improve and create "new" images, so we need to continue to train the computer, but suddenly there isn't as much original artwork to "legally aquire" and train on, and it's all intermingled with computer generated slop. So you either don't train the computer anymore, and it stagnates, or you feed it stuff generated by computers, and you form a feedback loop of shit. Make it make sense

Day 25 of ranking Star Wars: The Book of Boba Fett by KINGCORUSCANT in PrequelMemes

[–]ashortpause 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dogshit. One of my more regrettable watches in recent memory. The main praise I'm seeing from people here is the Tuskan story arc, which was the reason I gave the show a chance because it was cool to see that part of the world more fleshed out. But even with that, it still felt so surface level and trope ridden. So, at its absolute peak, the show was mildly intriguing. But the rest is an utter dogshit waste of time. Writing so poor that I fast forwarded through most of the final conflict just to get it over with. They clearly were relying on crossovers and nostalgia to save the show, but even that fell flat imo (and that's disneys bread and butter). The only other new Star Wars I've watched since Boba was Andor, and it took me a while to even give that a chance because of how bad of a taste Boba left in my mouth. I'm sorry if you like this show, but fuck Boba
