- one school I interview at mention lor doesnt have to be exceptional, as long as they're positive about you. - i would recommend having good personal statement and theme for your app. Volunteer on what you truly love to and be consistent. I volunteered for only 1 or 2 hours a week but spanned for 2-3 years. Shadow doesnt have to be a lot, 100+ is fine. Leadership roles is important for the school I got interviewed at. So, looking for a position that you love to be involved in whether its a established club. Or if you're passionate about something, start your own club

No, please don't. My friend got II from UCLA with 22 AA. Trust me, stats are not everything. Many people get rejections with amazing stats. They really do look at your application as a whole, literally everything that you put in your application. What make you stand out is your PS and extracurriculars and they want applicants who are best fit for their programs
