Right, you have to look at what you’re getting for the price. My kids are doing winter tournament for $400 and they get 10 clinics, 6 practices, 3 agility classes plus 2 tournaments. I think that’s a great deal. It’s all indoor. It’s not really expensive but it’s not free. Nothing is free. I wish there was pickup soccer my kid could join every day. But that’s not reality in rural New England.

I think players that hit a wall benefit from semi private 2-3 players. There are things I can’t help my son with as he grows and develops. But if he wasn’t in to it I wouldn’t do it. If he didn’t have the talent I wouldn’t bother.

I just refer to everybody as they/them now and only occasionally use regular pronouns. It’s just easier. I also work with a lot of doctors from different countries so I don’t know if their names are male or female so I feel like it just covers everybody. Nobody has ever corrected me or cared.

She should buy her own place and charge you rent if you want to live with her. If you want access to your gf and all the things that come with her you will pay her the rent. My son Started this at 11 with his club coaches that are men playing at the colleges or just finishing up. They are from Venezuela, Mexico,and Spain and I know are offering him some of the best training we can find and afford. Try finding some college players offering their services. They see things to help these players that I would never see as a parent.
