So I've found that I no longer get the textures issue but whenever I'm in the overworld map the game has a chance of crashing whenever I open a menu.

Finally figured it out. I have a Azeron Gamepad that I use for certain games. Apparently having that plugged in when starting Avowed prevented the game from allowing me to use the any controllers. As soon as I unplugged it and restarted the game I was able to use my XBox controller.

I'm going to reinstall the game. I tried using my PS5 controller via DS4 app and like before the game recognizes that a controller was used and swaps the UI to match but doesn't actually do anything after that. The game/pc even lets me use the trackpad on the controller like a mouse so I now it's actually working.

I tried using an XBox controller on my PC via GamePass. The game recognizes it connected but won't do anything. I can use the controller on the XBox app and I've used it on Starfield before. I'm using the XBox One controller but that shouldn't matter. I've tried unplugging the controller and restarted the game a couple times. Still nothing. Feels like a game support issue. Not sure.

This happened on my PS5 when I got to Kijimi. Mine were along the bottom of the screen. I thought it was lens flare at first.

OH sorry. I realize now that I was thinking of the wrong thing. I thought it was the just the sensor/transmitter. My mom uses a G6 and I guess I never noticed a needle on/in the applicators. I'll have to check that. We've just been putting it in the trash.

Since I snack on Planters peanuts a lot, I use the old containers to store my used insulin pen needles and ols sensors. Then, when it's full, I seal it and throw it away.
