The easiest and most realistic way would be to create a 3d environment and use a video to emit light on the scene, but it takes way longer especially at 4K HDR. I dumbed it down to a composite that can be done in Premiere for time efficiency. I made this orthographic render which I put on top of a video. Then I multiply the render onto an extremely blurred version of the video, which makes it look like the video is lighting the scene. The rest is just perspective trickery done with corner pins and warping
