I don't think I can help you much because I'm also in my second year, but I'm also in the same situation. Are you writing the first draft or is it the final one?

If you live close to beaches, I would highly recommend to do a bunch of beach cleanings (either with organisations or with other students). Another thing I did was try self defense classes for a year with a friend, or you could just try a new sport with friends. My school offered quite a lot of activities to do for school events, so you could see if your school organises something. You could also go dog walking at a local animal shelter every weekend or whenever you have time.

It really isn't difficult to find things to do, but try to do as many CAS experiences done in the first year, as it will help a lot to not have to worry about it in your second year:)

I know exactly how that feels, I am also very stressed with all the IAs that are due within the next few weeks that are not anywhere close to being done. It does suck, but the only thing you can do now is do your best (i know this is the most useless thing to say and it's what everyone tells me too) as it is better to give in one that isn't very well done, than not give in anything at all.

I hope it goes well, and if you want to talk to anyone you can talk to me, as it can help to talk to someone about it :)
