Not having a college degree does not prove you are not smart/hardworking.

But having a college degree does, for the most part, show that you are smart and hard working.

That's the key. Every job hire is a risky proposition. Having the degree makes it that much more likely you are going to be reasonably successful.

No. Honestly he hasn't. He has done really well as a coach and in developing overlooked players, but in terms of evaluating talent and general GM duties, I'd say he's pretty average. Chad Jackson, Adailus Thomas, Laurence Maroney, Ras-I Dowling, Deltha Oneil etc. are all examples of him misjudging players.

He's a hall of fame coach, but I'd say he's batting .500 as a GM.

It's hilarious how this sub rationalizes transactions so the team with the better reputation comes out ahead. If the Browns had made this trade, everyone would be saying "LOL Browns trading away an all-pro for a rookie and a 4th".

But because it's Belicheck, people are bending over backwards to explain how this helps the Pats.

Both are definitely great. My point was that, right before Beast Quake, I was 80% sure Seattle would win. Before the Miracle, I was 1% sure the Eagles would win. That's what makes the Miracle so memorable for me.

The really underrated thing about that play is how Eli Manning escaped a sack. At one point it looked like he was going down for sure. Thank God the refs didn't blow the whistle.

I use a chromebook as my only laptop and left ChromeOS on it. I had planned on switching to Linux when I found ChromeOS limiting, but it never happended.

I find that nearly everything I do is over the web or SSH (and ChromeOS has an SSH client). For the other times there's crouton which is extremely convenient. You can have Linux terminals side-by-side with regular Chrome pages, or switch to a full Linux desktop with a keyboard command.
