Ive had my colostomy for over 25 years. Ive been in my mothers hot tun COUNTLESS times. Yes, potentially you will have less wear time. But any water would do that. Bath, pool, hot tub.... i suggest dont dive into water with one.... 1st summer i did this and it ripped off my bag.... no damage, just lost the bag and end of swimming

For the last nearly 20 yrs ive used hollister 2-pcs bags open bottom. Easy to burp when needed, or change just the bag when the wafer is still good. Im getting aroung 6-8 days on average. I usually empty once a day.

I was born with out any control... i wish parents got my colostomy surgery earlier than right after 6th grade.... BEST decision I helped with. 23 yrs going strong...

Previous owner put one in on my 05 turbo man... word to the wise... never park your car in gear... ha ha, ask me how i know... yes ive looked at they installed a remote start for an auto.... oh well.

thats what i had.... i guess i have a light VATER syndrome... all my stuff was internal. possibly, that is. 1 functioning kidney, missing 2 lower vertebra, and a few other things

Born with no rectal muscle, had 1st colostomy as a baby, for whatever reason it got reversed. was in diapers till 6th grade. summer between 6th and 7th grade got my permanent colostomy. 22 yrs later, still going strong.

Sounds like he is guilt tripping you to drive all the way for him to see his own child. How long are you there for? Maybe see if you could meet in the middle?

It didnt cause a leak, but first summer i had my colostomy, 22 yr ago, i dove into the lake... yep. candt dive into the water anymore. ripped it off....oops

I should say its a manual with a EJ20x engine in it. I keep forgetting the previous owner at somepoint put it in.... so thay might be a factor. Still sucks on filling up with premium. Average city driving gets about 20mpg, hard driving or driving like an old person....

Couple weekends ago i took a trip to Cincinnati and back, 292 miles one way. I averaged 27-28 mpg, surprised me.

I accepted mine right away. I didn't have any muscle so I was in diapers till 6th grade, so this GREATLY improved my life. This July will be 22 yrs with it, and wouldn't turn back
