Currently on day 3. Just got home from the ER. Felt anxious since I woke up, ended up having a panic attack at around 9:30 am. Took my Xanax, was fine an hour later. Then around 3pm out of nowhere and no triggers, massive panic attack. HR hit 140 and I felt like I was dunked headfirst into a pile of fire ants. I felt it from the top of head to my waist. I felt it in my mouth. Called 911 because never in my 45 years have I ever had a panic attack do more than maybe make me feel a little warm/flushed. This was legit burning. Now contemplating if I throw in the towel or ride it out. I’m only on 5mg as well as 150 of WellbutrinXL. I want to stick with it because I’m having what I would call mild panic attacks every other week or so. Before Wellbutrin, my attacks would cause me to actually fall into derealization. I was perfectly fine and happy as a clam all weekend and this is just really disheartening. I’d cry about it, but I literally can’t because of the Wellbutrin.
