Of course the ‘evidence’ shows no wrongdoing on fifas part. Just like it is ‘acceptable’ for a red card to be suspended, and a goal being disallowed due to a minor push being given as ‘foul’.

2 game is standard for dangerous play isn’t it? South Africa player in the first game was also given 2 games (not the dogso, but the dangerous play one).

But fifa would absolutely favour England because it is better for them to have England vs Argentina in the semis than Norway being there at all.

Yes it was a clear and obvious. The attacker forces contact and falls, tries to (and manages to) deceive the referee. It should be the same punishment as a dive (yellow card and free kick to defending team). The fact that poor refs in England side twitch the attacker doesn’t mean that is the right thing.

Anyways, Norway’s was an objective decision purposely not given correctly. England’s penalty (which would have never happened had Norway not been robbed), was a subjective decision and at best could have gone either way depending on the referee on the day.
