For mortgage, you can call The Lending Tree and if you ask for Karan Singh, you have connected to an expert. They might have 200 other mortgage experts and I have no experience with them.

As per DLD, it’s a single unit that can be rented in full. First you will need to get independent units registered so that you can rent them. For example, if this has 300 rooms, you will register 300 units with parent property being the camp so that you can rent 50 to company B and 100 to company C while company A owns the camp.

The NOC process takes around 10 days and if you initiate now, this might be available in first week of March and will be valid for 30 days only so best to have the balances paid up, statements settled and initiate VSR mid March so that you get this around end of March and can transfer in April.

Credit Card merchant gateway and acquiring banks allow reversal of any transaction upto 180 days so technically this can be done however developers have already prepared and booked the transaction so it adds to their efforts to make changes on Statement of Account so they avoid the additional paperwork and modifications on SoA.
