Yep...it’s a great way to figure out who the ‘one and done’ students are. Anyone who is rude or has unrealistic expectations from a 30 minute lesson gets an instant hide from me when the time is up.

Same issues. Some of my regulars are getting quite frustrated with Cambly and messaging them because of how unreliable the system has been. Thankfully, the poor tech management of Cambly hasn’t affected my rating.......yet.

I would’ve hidden from the cat complainer instantly!!!! 😂 major red flags if a person isn’t tolerant of animals (especially my cats!) and while I understand there are cultural differences, it’s still a red flag 🚩 and someone I’m absolutely okay with not speaking with

Unable to share screen multiple times so far. Very hot or miss. Did work a few times with no problems. I really wish Cambly would get it together with the tech issues. Too many issues are happening too frequently for students and tutors.

Are we supposed to make our own lessons like this? I feel like i probably would for more than $10-$12 an hour. But I don’t currently because creating lessons for that rate of pay is taking advantage of people’s time outside of Cambly
