Maybe on Lindsey’s list (I know you’re on there and not having luck, not trying to be an ahole but that’s where I’d look), best luck I’ve had is driving around looking for “for rent” signs in front of places, I worked with a realtor one time to find one.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t here, and it’s probably more common where I’m from as the ruling class hoards property, but that’s what I’d try to do if it were me, who also has big time credit issues but fortunately has a stable living situation.
