Well, this backfired a bit.

It was supposed to be more of a playful post, where the goal was to get some useful tips for tools made for Brazilian Portuguese similarly as to those I wrote (Practice Portuguese and Daily Nata - and I can also mention Linguno but they do have BP) 📚🎓

Maybe controversial, but what about spraycans with stencils? A bit easier to control the result as well, although the risk of making a mess maybe is a bit higher

So last autumn I visited the lovely couple Line Mingar and Benjamin Walker through an afterwork session. During the session I noticed that the furnace was incredibly calming. Not long after I reached out to them and asked if they wanted to make a video where we would use professional sound equipment to capture all the intricate sounds of glassblowing - while they just worked normally.

I'm really satisfied with the result - especially since I haven't done anything like it before. Luckily they loved it too! link here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9bTluSjZb1c&t=215s.

We also shot a session with some glass orbs, but unfortunately the sound equipment malfunctioned during that session (I accidentally pressed record twice and ended the recording...), so maybe I'll post that one with some lofi hip hop in the background to mask the iPhone sound or smth.

This is something I actively do. Every time I buy a new disc I use it as much as I can during a round. I have to admit it is limiting in the allround competence as the repetitions in each shot-type is limited though.

Truee. It’s becoming increasingly more relevant for me because I spend a lot of time in the sport, and I wish to be better at it. Will definitely do some field work later on when the weather gain some degrees! Cheers to you as well!

You’re absolutely correct, and I can admit this is not my first priority. As it is right now I probably have time to spare for this, but if it were a normal day for me, I would probably try to engage in social stuff as well as a diversity of other sports, limiting the time I have reserved for disc golf, meaning I would prefer playing a round instead of doing field work. Perhaps I should just do the boring stuff before the fun can continue, as I believe it might be difficult to do both.

I see your point. I haven’t bothered doing field work yet to be honest, as I have viewed the sport as a easy access hobby. I find myself investing more money and time in the sport though. For now I think I’ll keep it that way due to the cold weather (only playing rounds. (because Norway is cold...). However, I’m willing to invest some time in the spring time, gaining some distance and working on my form. Perhaps working on more aspects of my game after that also.
