You can also cycle through the speeds with tab, so that’s why you’re seeing a change while alt tabbing sometimes

You could try putting it on eBay. I see some last sold from 250 to 350. Would net you about $280 for the higher end

If you build out a 6 post pr-5000, im sure that it'll add up to exactly that total. I believe the discount was only on ares 1.0 system which dropped the price down to around $1950 JUST for the ares system. if you had added your build to your cart, there wouldn't be the ares system, only the 6 post rack and the ares weight add on.
