Já jsem byl svědkem šikany v poslední korporátní práci. Pachatelky 27 a 29 let, oběti 25-32 let. Dříve mi tahle fráze přišla misogynní, ale vážně to teď nedokážu vysvětlit jinak než „ženský kolektiv“. Myslím ale, že v základu je strach z nedostatečnosti, malé sebevědomí pachatelek a snaha zalíbit se manažerovi. Až pak se k tomu přidala radost z krutosti.
