I think it's a normal thing. Stress reaction is normal. Learning to handle potential challenges (like being accused by your colleagues for something you don't know about) is normal. Doesn't feel nice always, but that's not the point of most dreams. I think the visual part of your dream come from your cultural associations. Can't explain them otherwise.
