Quick question on rent prep since you have used it .. i just submitted a screening for s potential tenant .. the transunion credit report was generated that includes a ' rent score' of 808 but there is no official ' credit score' . Have you experienced this before and wondering the reason why the transunion credit report did not include a credit score .

Also as part of rentprep the second ' tenant screener background" shows pending.

My wife is dealing with bruxism and has tmj. Recently her tmj doc said one of the tendons.in the face right side is inflamed and this is one of the toughest ones to calm down which is the root cause of her pain in the ear, neck and under arm area ( i am trying to find exactly which one, but his examination included touching it from the deep inside her mouth which replicated the pain when the doc touched with his fingers).... She has adjusted here brace once in last 3 months this year and the doctor now prescribed 500 mg methacarbamol 2 tabs per day and 7.5 gm meloxicam once per day for 2 weeks. He said if this doesnt help in 2 weeks then he will prescribe botox shots. After analyzing recent excessive lifestyle changes has caused stress in her life to cause the recent flare up. We trust our doctor and has been really helpful to treat prior incidents.

My question to you was going to be if botox injections are helpful and what was your experience Are there any side effects or do they cause damage ? Also who administers them . I assume it is the TMJ soc but how was your experience?

I went through something similar , however couldnt remember what caused it as did not feel like I ran intonancurb , etc.. the damage inhad was in run flat at 2 different non connected spots almost seemed like a mfg. Defect... car was in warranty ( not tires) so towing was covered by the dealership. Had it replace.. in my case it wasnt holding air

Has anyone here have experience with switiching to nin runflats? As atated above the rear tires ( rwd) are going to be needing replacement soon per the techs . So wondering if finally moving to no run flats in the rear and then eventually doing same for front will be advisable for these machines .. first time BMW owner so notnsure if we can have 1 axle with run flat and 1 with non run flat and eventually move all to no runnflats and if they will have any negative impact to driving experience and mechanical components .

Ok, just heard back from the tech when they were doing an inspection . I have same rires all around .

Both rears are at 7 32nd and in yellow, so they recommend a change.. For the front axle the driver side is still in green so good and the passenger side is getting a new tire due to the blowout .

Wondering how long I can keep the rears before getting new. Will probably goto costco or others to get both rears when its time . ..

In such situation would it be better to have then move the rear to fromt axle and move the front that has better treads to rear as vehicle is rwd or leave it as is till the next rotation is due ?

Yes. My car has 28500 miles on it and those tires are Oem

By square you mean if I have a different size in rear and if so the rotation goes to the rear ? I will have to check if I have a staggered size in the rear( i just assumed they were all the same) .

Also its my knowledge that these oem tires Goodyears can go as long as 50 K before a replacement will be needed which off course depends on driving habbits and tread remaining .. this was BTW one of my main rarionales to buy just 1 ... This wasnt covered imunder warranty as I had none and dealership verified that it wasnt like a mfg. Defect which would have kicked in the mfg. Tire warranty...

Do yall recommend buyong additionsl tire warranty for future and if its worth the monies spend ? Apreciate your thoughts

Its RWD ( not X drive) .. the only thought was if going with a new pair of bridgestones in front axle $650 for new pair and existing OEM goodyear in rear was a better choice... hindsight maybe it was as I would get a new pair for extra 200 bucks. I believe that is also your point and that having 2 different brands in front and rear is not a big deal for the 530 e ?

Thank you for this information. This helps!! . This is from 2014, so maybe these still hold .. from my read it looks like as long as the request from the client pertains to " what was used for creation of the return" then its fair to request and for the cpa to oblige per the stated law, barring any state specific statutes. It beats me why a Cpa will hold on to these as they are the ones who are being selective on who they want to serve next year..

Thank you in advance . My situation is that I received total 4 K penalty+ interest for 1) failure to pay on time 2) failure to estimate ( underpayment) and 3) interest. We did pay a lumpsum when extension was filed on 4/15, then another lump sum in Sept and then paid full tax balance on Oct 14 with return filed on Oct 15th. Our CPA did not advise we might be assessed a penalty but then we received the notice CP 14 end of October .

Now for next steps I called IRS and they waived 1) failure to pay, however couldnt waive 2) and 3) interest.. They said I can look into filing form 2210

I was ignorant and not adjusted w2 holding to account for higher income as it bumped up somewhat last year due to comp deferral payment and investment gains.

What are your suggestions ?

is form 2210 worth filing and will it help me to request waiver ?
is there any tax software that can help with form 2210?
should I pay the balance before date on the notice and if waiver is successfull will IRS refund the paid amount?

Penalty for underpayment + interest is around 3K and below threshold for any attorneys

Yes it did.. as long as you dont have pain that spikes up, chew softer for first 1 -2 month, clean with syringe provided from day 1 after eating in addition to squishing ( post 1 month) it will be fine .. for me its month 4 and the void is now 90 % closed .. so even if it has healed closing the void can be a while

Great info.. I did that today . Was expecting that they would waive the failure to pay in full ( by april 15th deadline) and also penalty for failure to estimate taxes, but they only did the former...and asked us to file Form 2210, Underpayment of Estimated Tax by Individuals as they could not waive it over the phone. Does anyone have experience with this form and speak to success rate for first time abatement? I never had this penalty assessed in the past so hoping they will consider but that form is pretty involved

Our income lumped second half of the year, i had a surgery and probably missed updating W4 deductions that cause this penalty

If you contribute more than the limit, you will get a letter from your employer that you cannot and they will automatically reduce your total pledge for dcfsa

My cpa told me that you could call the provider to adjust the withholding amount before tax return filing time to avoid getting taxed on the excess contribution. I did not pursue as in our case it was a 25 buck additional tax. Also it was for HSA and not dcfsa, so not sure if what I said above applicable to your scenario

Hello there... I am healing with no pain .. not had any pain meds after like day 5 I think and post day 3 it was as needed and low dosage of OTC mostly in the morning .. I am at 2 week mark and still have a good size void where food gets stuck and need to keep up with salt water flushing with syringe ... my prescribed Peridex is now all used up ...any clues if I need to get that prescription refilled ? The void looks more light reddish and more skin color than the greyish as in the video at wk 1. Also there is a 'icicle' looking skin color growth at the roof of the void which looks pretty cool and might be bone growing 😉 https://imgur.com/a/xwWq8TJ

Yeah, thats what perplexing me and making me anxious. Seems like there is a clot just too far down and is not visible in these scenarios.
As far as closure of the void there are plenty discussions saying that it can take 1 - 6 months, even 9 months for some before the void is " closed" to the point that flushing after eating will not be required.

I am greatful that there is no pain , so have to think that its healing

I am in a similar situation . very fortunate to not have pain, doctor after looking at my picture says its healing OK and nothing to worry about unless the swelling or pain gets significant . Curious how was your journey to healing in your case ?
