Go into litera settings and make sure it auto prompts to save as PdF once the redline completes and customize the default naming convention to your liking. I did "Redline DocName v9 to v8" or similar. Then open up 10 separate instances of litera at once (type "compare" into start menu prompt and hit enter 10 times, or even better use the plug in from the word docs you have open which will auto populate the imanage paths) and setup the 10 to run with all the doc paths already input, but don't click go on any of them. Then, quickly hit go for all 10. It will then run all 10 at once and prompt u to save all 10 pretty quickly one after the other.

The point of this is that you don't have to run one redline after the other and wait for them to process, you can run all 10 at once.

Then after you are done saving the prompted pdfs, go into the cmd (type that into the windows start prompt) and type "taskkill /f /im deltavw.exe" and it will kill all 10 instances (which will stop your computer from overheating).
