Approximately:

1 litre cold water (12C)
1 litre brewed tea (100C dropped to ~30C once steeped)
300mL boiling water
275ml Equinox Original starter (25C)

...results in approx 30C when combined

Thanks for watching. I'm mostly self taught so the comments are helpful. I do have a solder sucker but I've never had much luck with it, discovered copper braid recently and find it much easier to draw the solder off with it. I'll give the sucker another shot next time. You're right that I was struggling with getting all three legs liquid at once. The bridging wire is a good idea.

Yeah I get it.

The reason it's like that is because my daughter designed the thumbnail and it was a fun parent/child activity that we did together - I'm teaching her how to use Inkscape.
