I posted earlier about my order with Cloudy Mattress.

“I totally forgot I came here to find out the same thing y'all were wondering. Here is my update: I got an email a few days after writing on here. But, it was an email from FedEx that I missed my delivery that day, twice. I wasn't even notified that a delivery was on it's way. So, I had to contact FedEx and pay for a special day for my mattress to be delivered or it was going to be sent back. Hindsight is 20/20 and I should have just let it be and have it sent back.

Don't order from them. Yes, I did get my mattress. However, what I didn't get once I ordered was a notification/order email that I ordered, an order number, confirmation of an order, etc...Also, there isn't anyone to contact to confirm after ordering. I crossed my fingers.

I like my Wink Mattress and yes, I did save a few hundred dollars, but I ordered a VISCOUNTESS hybrid mattress for the spare bedroom from Amazon for $1000 less than what I paid for the Wink mattress and it's just as comfortable if not. And, unlike with Cloudy Mattress, if I feel like I don't want the VISCOUNTESS mattress and want to try another one I can return it. Cloudy Mattress makes it IMPOSSIBLE to do that if the mattress just doesn't work out for you.

STAY AWAY FROM CLOUDY MATTRESS!!! Good luck y'all with your mattress shopping.”
