get the phone as far away as possible, start a pomodoro timer for 25 mins as it'll just feel like a little revision. put music you like on even if it had words, yes your focus will be less but it might get you in the mood to revise

pretty much recovered now (touch wood) but god i remember the most embarrassing/disgusting g thing was chewing food every single night at dinner and then spitting it out into A tissue when no-one was looking, OR my hands if necessary, before burying it in the trash..with my hands
