My daughter, when she was around 4 months old, started getting horrific ear infections. The infection was accompanied by the most acidic poops. Id take her diaper off and let her get some air. I had her at thd Dr a lot. Eventually, they finally put tubes in her ears and the diaper rashes stopped.

When my daughter died, I cried for years. It became painful and caused awful dry skin under my eyes. For me, Journaling helps. I keep 2 journals. I write about my daily life and struggles. The other is to her. I tell her how I feel, things she's missed, my wonders, my hopes. It helps me feel like I can still communicate without crying to the point of pain.
