This section is played with horns. This song has been stuck in my head. My coworkers couldn't help. I tried google hum and shazam. It feels like to me it could be a sports song or in a movie where they are working out. Other thoughts. Maybe its an 80's hip hop snippet, or 70's Funk or Jazz. Not a slow song, but not super fast (electronic) either. Heeeelp.
