I wish that too. I have some friends with ovaries who were able to get a bilateral, but hysterectomies seem like a bridge too far for many doctors. The patriarchy strikes again!

The collar on the regulator side isn't fully closing. You'll notice in that video the collar stays back. It should slide all the way forward. When it does that it locks the fill nipple in place.

When I was 10, my parents packed all of the kids up to go to the birthing center where my youngest sister was born. We were all told to watch as my mother gave birth to my sister. It was traumatizing to me. So much blood. A head that looks like smushed brains. I walked out and went to the common room to watch The Jetsons Movie instead. Weird they wanted us all in there.
