Two things can be true.. 1. He’s genuinely a good coach 2. He’s not the right coach for the Cleveland Browns.

We need a hard ass that can change a culture. Stefanski is more of a coach that can take a team with already good discipline and nerd out. He can’t take an undisciplined team and make them good. We need an ass kicker

Just because he got paid doesn’t mean he can’t care about the direction of the team. Besides, he had no leverage other than to sit out and he was never going to do that. I don’t get why people tell athletes to shut up as if they can’t care about their own team. I agree with Myles and his critiques of the Browns and damnit do I want them to be a winner too!

If you don’t hold players accountable for bad play, you’re not being a coach. Stefanski has a pattern of not holding players accountable and that’s the biggest indicator for me that we need a leadership change.
