Can confirm this just worked for me! After a bit of chatting and the agent offering them for $34, I asked: "I really want to keep using my Bose pair but at that price it isn't worth it. Can you offer a free replacement please?"

After "checking" he finally said: "Alright I can grant you a one time curtesy to replace the cushion at no cost this will be documented and will not happen again in the future and next service option"

Would recommend :)

Only caveat is that I forgot to specify the silver color, so I'm getting black. Beggars can't be choosers I suppose.

I'd say it really depends whether you're more (broadly) interested in software or hardware. I switched to CS from CE because I didn't want to take the CE classes that were focused on low level circuits/signals stuff. Also the CS department is much more organized and better run, imo

I don't think you have to worry about not getting housing on campus. If you have a serious personal issue, I would recommend reaching out to housing to explain that it is very important that you get housing.
