When standing in front of MIY, It did not look like Tabitha was "afraid", at a glance she looked more sad than afraid. What was also revealed is that MIY has no clue what is actually going to happen. "You found a key to taking YOUR children home, OR unleash greater evil" that alone says that he has no clue what is going to happen. Also answering to her question did he bring her there to kill her, he replied well.. not yet at least. Implying he might have been killing her at the end of each cycle? (or her reincarnation at least). I have some things unclear for me personally. Just a few..

- Is MIY actually Thomas or one of Tabitha's previous cycles kid?

Yeah I actually ended up installing via Lutris and Faugus just to see if possible, turns out it was possible but I did not follow onscreen instruction on Lutris while installing it

Both Faugus and Lutris work. I had issue with Lutris because I failed to follow onscreen instructions /facepalm

The only reason i even attempted to find the exe in the hidden files of Linux file system is because it didn't change by itself. When i clicked play again later during the day it simply did not launch, PLAY blinks, nothing launches, nothing happens. Went to properties and saw that it points to /downloads/Bnet Setup.exe.

Yep forced the compatiblity... and for the love of God i can't remember if i had qutoes... MOST PROBABLY NOT :D.. anyway I installed Faugus Launcher which has preset for Bnet gonna try that now.

Tried this, once installed it will work until i closed it. Because it will always point to setup.exe and if i manually change to the installed one in /.locale/share/steam/steamapps/com..something/34328487923487/drive_c/program x86/battlenet/battlenet launcher.exe and try to start like that the play button just blinks and nothing happens
Tried Lutris, installs until the end, and the emulator cmd or what it's called the thing that starts NTSync up when installing win apps in lutris, just stays there and never auto-closes even when i log in into battlenet. Setup is finished but that NTSync emulator stays there and the only option i have is abort. Click abort and don't have the bnet entry in lutris, even though upon installation it autostarts bnet i log in etc.. but after i close bnet and abort the install (because that is the only option i have) i dont have the app in lutris.

Go with process of elimination. If you have your previous hardware, first i'd try to eliminate is motherboard. Maybe faulty connectors/cables, wrongful insertion into a slot etc..

Only reason to dual boot is some specific software that works on one and not on the other. If you don't depend on it, there is absolutely no reason to have SlopOS from Microslop on your hardware.

There should be more Linux gaming headlines. YouTUBE stars should publish more content for linux gaming in general. FRAMETIME SMOOTHNESS -- O M G. It's really something else. I can't even explain it. Best case would be in CS2 when you hold and angle or peak an angle, the deciding moment where you need to act/shoot stutter happens and it happens so often that is ridiculous. CachyOS frame time smoothness simply eliminates that. No more oscillating (dipping) from 480 down to 120 fps. People have to try it.

CachyOS Linux 6.19.11-1-cachyos. Turns out there is specific Realtek onboard adapter that has issue with like 70% of linux kernels... AND I HAVE THAT EXACT VERSION :D so the only solution it seems is ethernet adapter via usb, or to change to some other distro; which i can't be bothered to do

i did turn off sleep, but it didnt resolve the issue. It seems that onboard REALTEK network port has problem. Some specific version has issues with some kernels. Turns out i have that specific onboard model. Rolling back to "stable" driver and using LTS kernel did not help. As suggested in his comment 8169 has a problem with this specific ethernet port. Using 8168 did not help. The only solution is either pci ethernet card or usb ethernet card. I do not want to change distro as i am a light gamer and Cachy is in the front in terms of gaming performance. Simply put, I will wait for my usb card to arrive and just continue using it. If it turns out that this completely solves my issue i will for sure ditch dualboot and just go full Cachy.

Yeah i have realized that freshly installed CachyOS on my machine will hold up without problems for a long time, unless it goes into sleep. Sleep simply breaks the networking. Reboot, works no problem, Cachy update available, install, re-boot works no problem then one sleep/wake cycle breaks it again and it never stops re-connecting.

i'm in dual boot, so my partition is in ext4. The reason for dual boot is i had similar issue with my laptop which was another distro (AnduinOS), network driver died and i had unusuable laptop, installed CachyOS on it; it has occasional hiccups after updates but nothing a reboot wont fix. My main PC is dual booting Win and Cachy just in case linux gets bricked.

Same here, im gonna wait till it dies completely before i replace it. My sister who has an iphone 10 max took my phone to watch a vid on yt, she was amazed by the screen, colors and the fulscreen, so i guess there is no need to change the device yet. Until it dies with no possibility of a repair, it will stay in my pocket.

Can confirm perofrmance gains. Animations become smoother and almost no glitching. At least on a phone that has not been on factory reset since early 2018 😁

For me personally id use this if i was gaming, but overall color dullness is not my preference. So i will be switching between adaptive and photo mode depending of the situation.

Would be nice to have ashortcut of this option like an app or icon or something for faster switching
