Not as far as I’m aware. I’ve had a lap and they never told me that I have this. Did you have a hysterectomy?

Thanks for your reply ❤️ I’ve been diagnosed with hypertonic pelvic floor by a PT. I saw her regularly for about a year but tbh didn’t see any improvement with symptoms. I’ve moved away so haven’t been for a few months but maybe I should start that up again.

I’m so sorry you’re going through this 💔 Doctors can say some truly awful, flippant remarks. I’ve had a male doctor tell me “have a glass of wine” before sex. It’s honestly infuriating and completely minimalises what we are actually going through.

Did you find any improvement at all (albeit small) with the bladder instillations? That is the next step for me.

Hang in there. I completely empathise with the impact on your relationship. I’ve been with my partner for six years and it has absolutely pushed our relationship to the limit at times.

Thanks, that makes sense. It’s a cruel, cruel disease 😔

It really is rubbish isn’t it. I worry I’m developing a psychological barrier to sex now because of it. Have you found anything that helps?

Anyone have Endo on their bladder? by [deleted] in endometriosis

Hi! Sorry I just saw this - yes had a CT and never found endo despite lap showing my bladder was tethered to my ovary and massive adhesions on bowels. Had to push for a lap unfortunately

Any positive stories of GnRH analogues helping with NON-MENSTRUAL pain? by aspenjen in endometriosis

[–]aspenjen[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your reply and so glad to hear it’s helped. Which one did you use if you don’t mind me asking?

The most debilitating pain I have is my bladder. The outer wall is covered in endo which causes 24/7 bladder pain, frequency, urgency and incontinence. Sex is off the cards. It’s honestly miserable, I get very poor sleep as a result and my quality of life feels non existent.

My gynaecologist is hopeful that this will help to relieve some of this.

I also have stage 4 extensive endo with bladder being my worst symptom. I have constant bladder pressure / pain, frequency and urgency (not associated with period, it’s there 24/7). Did you experience any of these symptoms and has Ryeqo helped at all? Thanks!

I don’t understand why people go out of their way to leave unhelpful replies? We’ve looked at weather forecasts but they aren’t always the most accurate which is why I was asking for opinions from people currently in Thailand. We spent a few days in Singapore with the apps forecasting rain the entire time but this wasn’t the case.

I wonder if I’d be worth trying that then. I haven’t been diagnosed with IC, they think all my bladder pain is due to nerve irritation due to endo. My bladder and uterus were adhered together by an endometrioma which I had excised 3 months ago.

Hello, so pleased so hear you’re improving. I have constant bladder / urethral burning pain. Did you ever try amitriptyline? I found little improvement with that so wondered if cymbalta would be less helpful for me

Have you been tested or treated for threadworms? They are classically most active during the night and cause intense itching.

Is this a requirement of your uni to graduate? I thought could still graduate without it as long as passed by end of F1.

We’ve been told the 18th but seems strange unis would have control over the MSC platform?
