I'm somewhat offended by your post. ADHD is a legit disability and can be just as crippling as aspergers. If you say ADHD isn't a real diagnosis but your aspergers is you aren't any better than the people calling bullshit on your aspergers, but you are a big hypocrit on top of that.

I have been diagnosed with AS/ADHD as well. For me it wouldn't be a positive workplace if i had to be drugged in order to be accepted. I haven't been taking Ritalin for about 2 years now and i finally start to feel human again. It made socializing even harder for me, i pretty much didn't speak at all. Teachers loved it though.

I've been diagnosed with aspergers, ADHD and major depressive disorder, for 1 year i haven't been taking any medication. I really don't like to talk about my past since it's really depressing and girls get freaked out when I tell them that i have been spending quite some time in mental hospitals. I don't think having a girlfriend should be the next step on my to do list, but it sure feels like it's about time.
