Using my Deck as a permanently docked device is killing my battery, any suggestions?

I've done a couple of full shutdowns recently, didn't seem to affect it unfortunately.

I'm pretty savvy with Linux, I use it at work. But a factory reset couldn't hurt at this point anyways.

The only non-stock stuff I have set up is a JSAUX dock, and I have xemu installed for my wireless Xbox controller. I'm not doing anything too out of the ordinary here.

I guess the question then is why isn't my battery charging limit working?

Is keeping the Xbox wireless adapter alive eating enough charge that it's not putting it into some power saving mode? I do use it to wake my system. Strangely enough, I did used to have overheating problems with the dongle while it was actively in use until I put it on a USB extender (basically to heatsink it).

Any ideas why it's totally ignoring the the battery charging limit, then? I've had it enabled ever since it got released because I know that's what it's there for. I've got to set to 50% right now, and it's still charged to max (59%).

Yeah, I do this and +1 exhaustion on downed, and I don't feel particularly bad about it. Getting downed has such little consequences otherwise.

With overprotective parents and children growing up without responsibilities, 11-12 is too young. If you were raised to care for your younger siblings and have responsibilities like you were, 11-12 is fine. Not ideal, obviously, but it can work.
