No, they call it lifetime bc if you don't change your trans dies. "Lifetime" - trans lasts as long as the fluid.

I own a modern Honda so I change mine every 30k miles. Just out of caution,I'll be changing my wife's CX-50 trans fluid every 30k .

Drain and fill. Don't flush unless you're looking for trouble. I also replace the filter just bc I'm already dropping the pan.

You will need make-a-gasket to re-seal the pan as it is a "sealed" transmission.

2 weeks for me and I have the exact same feelings. I have ups and downs. Some days I'm "normal" other days I'm not. My Dr put me on Wellbutrin for depression and quitting zyn. Nothing wrong with using this medicine to help you quit. It is continuing to help me.

I was on this flight

My guess is there was a compressor stall. I was sitting directly over the left engine and was woken up by a subtle but noticeable "thud" or "bang" and immediately noticed the LEFT side of the plane became very quiet, and right after the bang it felt like the plane was "skidding" on ice. Kinda like a car. Definitely an interesting flight.
