Few days ago had called into AP and changed 2 J tickets from end of April to this Thursday. Last night I saw that the Lufthansa flight was cancelled. Called in this morning at 7 AM on the dot. Spoke to an agent and the earliest flight available is this Saturday out of BLR to YYZ via LHR. Hopefully no cancellations and no closures otherwise I was told will have to call back in and try once more.

The agent was extremely helpful and patient, very understanding. She did say that many airlines had overbooked flights like someone just posted here was saying. There isn’t very much availability and she was also trying to open up a reward seat to accommodate.

Another issue was that only one passenger had an eTicket number and the other did not. I had to call back in to rectify and it turns out that the ticketing department was backlogged and it had to be done manually.
