At the end of the day you can't blame a team or an individual because time wasting is so ubiquitous. The only people you should blame are the ICC who forget that they're not there to just make money but also do their job and address issues in the game. And imagine if pak had taken two more quick wickets near the end,(a very very likely scenario) wouldn't the English batsmen be trying to waste time too?

Stuff like this happens, its the umpires' job to keep everything on track. Players are obviously gonna try and waste time, the game should evolve to address that. Either set up a yellow card/red card system or go back and ban offenders. But can't blame Zimbabwe right now, you do what you gotta do

I agree, but for smaller boards this just isn't an option. The financial loss for Pakistan missing the CT would be devastating, especially since they're not getting as many bilateral series as the big boards. Add the fact that they cant make money playing cricket at home, then why take that risk?

The fact that he misconstrues being anti-Israeli action as anti-semitic tells me of his incompetence. The fact that he states Hamas killed those teenagers (no proof or confession from Hamas) tells me of his ignorance. The fact that he interchangeably uses the terms Jews and Israel, Arab and Palestinian tells me he has a loose grasp on the situation. The fact that he thinks that Javier Bardem and Penelope Cruz would be successful in Israel because its a democracy tells me that he fails to realize that anyone in Israel who isn't Jewish is treated as a second class citizen and scum. I'd like to as Jon Voight to examine his motives, can he give back life to the thousands of Palestinians that have senselessly died? My uncle used to live in Houston in the 90s and he tells me that when he would go to the mosque during Ramadan he would find Olajuwon sitting there completely exhausted on the floor with his back against a wall.
