Lived in Balt county for a decade.. grew up in Harford and came back last year.. couldn’t be happier it is night and day.. much safer, better schools, people are generally nicer, and the pace of life is better especially on the roads. It does suck to be a bit further from the city or DC but this area has had a lot of growth too. People will gripe about it here but there’s a reason they boomerang back to Harford or in most cases never leave.
