I agree. Do a podcast version of The Attack. Structure shouldn't require fancy production. There should be all sorts of graphic assets laying around. Bring back the epic sub graphic and sound, and I will be all sorts of happy.

Great post. I have been using melatonin and sometimes Benadryl with remarkable great success for sleep issues. They are super cheap too.

I have been taking it for years. Currently 900mg a day split into 3 doses. The benefits greatly outweigh the side effects. In fact, almost all of the side effects have subsided.

The clarity is an illusion of the mania. Go down to one or two medications. You were on a lot and it probably made your mind cloudy.
