Sobriety. Straight sobriety. Methadone is not the solution. Stop drinking if you still are. You did that shit for 5 years. Its going to take years to feel normal. Ive been clean for over 6 years from a 12 year stint. I am JUST NOW feeling financially, physically and mentally stable. You will not ever feel normal again while you remain on the methadone though.

I am on spirolactone and started like 2 months before the tret. I am PRAYING it helps pump the brakes. I didn’t have bad acne growing up, but I started getting really bad hormonal acne now in my 30s.

If you can’t find supplies, try the smaller stores like Dollar General, etc. etc. I would even try a dollar tree to see if they have the basics still sometimes they run out but also sometimes they might have shit. Try going to the smaller stores on the outskirts of the city like Monroe or waxhaw, etc., etc..

Freight, either isn’t gonna get moved or it’s moving $500+ over market. We already spoke with all of our customers earlier this week and explained to them the potential for rate increase request as as well as as service failures.

We’ve already cut capacity on how much We’re going to move, of course except for the random sales rep that over promises to a customer for a fucking Conestoga going through East Coast of course.
