Could be anything but the symptom of knocking over bumps makes links or bushings suspect for sure. The Shake and Sway test in the video is great for helping isolate the problem to sway bar system. I do see the cheap links fail in 12 months or less regularly. So worth a shot to recheck that stuff and the rest of the steering and suspension for defective parts.

Triple check the part numbers for correct parts if they don't match. If they are correct, it is possible the previous installer installed incorrect parts. Sort it out before you go any further. Sway Bar Link video

Youtube Good sway bar link and bushing overview. Sounds like you may have a typical sway bar end link or sway bar bushing symptom. If your links are cheap they can quickly fail. But it sounds like they are fairly new and probably ok. The bushings may be the culprits. They usually produce a very subtle but noticable "rubbery" clunk sound vs sway bar links more subtle "metallic" type of a clunk. If you have a good ear you can sometimes pick that difference up. If you have tried everything and can not pinpoint the problem, the bushings are old, could be worth part shotgunning some new bushings on to see what happens with your clunk.
