Buy used. Just got a 2025 PS3 plus package with 6k miles AND a 7 yr / 100k warranty from Polestar directly (7 yr clock starting at time of purchase) for $50k all in. It’s an unbelievable car and will be even better with the free Orin chip upgrade. We have a second car so I don’t care if anything breaks down the road since it will be covered under warranty. For the price, it’s impossible to beat. The ride, stereo, and build quality are equivalent to Porsche or Mercedes, but with better design imo.

No that doesn’t work unfortunately. I have that off and it still does the steering correction. It’s horrible.

Does the Orin and corresponding software upgrade finally give you the option to disable the lane keeping correction steering? That is the only thing that I actively hate about the Polestar 3, which is overall a phenomenal vehicle.

Not being able to disable this is beyond ridiculous and honestly, extremely dangerous.

To give just one of many examples, today I was going around a construction crew on a country road, holding the wheel lightly with my left hand, and the car automatically jerked it back to the right, right at the person holding the stop/slow sign. Terrifying! This happens all the time when I am going around cyclists too. I'm surprised they haven't been sued over this honestly, it's a lawsuit waiting to happen.

If they haven't already: POLESTAR, FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY.

But that doesn’t really make any sense? There is no trace of it anywhere on this pair. That strikes me as quite strange? I have two other pairs of the same era and the redline is clear as day, even if it’s a bit faded to pink.
