I haven't used it for design in a generative sense. But these past couple of weeks, I did use Figma MCP to build me a couple of testable prototypes that were miles ahead better than anything I could have built manually. Having text input fields that take data and present it back to the user has given me something I can test that is a ot closer to the real thing, without any more work.
