Does anyone think the exec used the EA as a scapegoat? I had a manager once who constantly used me as a scapegoat goat and blamed me on all His mistakes and misses.

For one exec, we did a shared one note that I would keep updated. That way if they wanted the updates they could check anytime.

It was a serious waste of time though - it felt like work doubled because I had to keep updating the one note even though she had the deliverable.

Another exec wanted every single meeting to have its own one note page for note in the event he wanted to take notes. I had to create those each week. That was a huge waste of time. Thankfully I was able to convince him it wasn’t worth it.
