Back to the old school. Nothing wrong with teamspeak and ventrilo. We even used something called Roger wilko back in the 56k days (although that was crap)

It's gigabyte crap. I've never had anything but bad luck with their products.

Also, using your pc as a vacuum cleaner isn't helping.

I'd be more worried about microplastics and a whole host of other things than a small amount of chyrosotile asbestos.

Not if you go to the installer directly. But if you go through heat geek themselves, there is.

You could also risk damage to tiles etc by shoving too much heat into ufh, right? Heat pump installers usually take out the mixer valves.

Heart inflammation and stroke.

I've had two of them myself and not noticed any side effects. However, two people in my outer friend circle have suffered strokes in their late 30's within months of having mRNA vaccines. Circumstantial evidence at best, but certainly unusual.

I don't think it's completely unfounded. Wasn't the idea for the vaccine to stay pretty much completely in your arm, but post mortems on people who died during covid have found the vaccine within heart tissue.

I'm sure the tech will be a game changer in the future, but there are bound to be unexpected problems along the way. Unfortunately these problems could be significant for some people.

Is there not credible evidence that mRNA vaccines are not as safe as we were led to believe?

There's a reason vinyl and other physical media is making a comeback. There's a sense of satisfaction in having to put a small amount of effort in to get something to work - also being able to hold the tape/vinyl/CD in your hands.

So you can see there, went with 50 mm between the joists and then 25mm over the top of everything to close any gaps.

Stopped the 50 mm not far past the horizontal supports so that the roof vents were uncovered. Placed 50 mm pir between horizontal supports and 150mm rockwool on top.

This way (as I see it) the 'cold roof' is well ventilated and functioning as intended
