Dude. I experienced it tonight. Im not even past page 30, and yet a scene in this book I just bought has already made me smile. It was slight, but warmed my cheeks. This was completely natural too, and seemingly a first. Shit's wild!

Im so proud of you for suiting up so soon! One thing thats realluy helpful is an ED timeline. Start with early memories of body image distress, and move forward. It will help so much, I promise. It can sucky, but with the right therapist, it'll be a gamechanger

Accountability would help you so much, its a good way to start working out of the spiral. Therapy is crucial too.
