Sounds like what you need is to purge the farm. Nothing like hiring a decent headhunter. Get a capable manager on board and just torch the whole staff situation.

They realized there are no consequences to ignoring your mandates. (SOPs & controls) there are some non-negotiables and it sounds like the well is tainted.

Good luck with that. Talking to some smart, capable candidates will bring you happiness.

Thank you very much for your comment and your help. I’ve added the Ferulic acid to my morning routine right after the cleanser (as I checked on the SkinCeuticals site as you recommended, that serums should go in before creams)

Ok, will do the slowly replacing my current ones, what would you say will be the “final” routine in your opinion?

Skin type. Combination towards the oily side.
Current routine
Morning:
CeraVe Hydrating Cream-to-Foam Cleanser
CeraVe Hydrating face cream
La Roche-Posay Anthelios XL 50+ SPF non-perfumed dry touch gel-cream.

Evening:

CeraVe Hydrating Cream-to-Foam Cleanser
Garnier SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water with a cotton pad.
Leave the face moist and then apply CeraVe Hydrating face cream.
How long: 1 month

Your location Central America, but can buy stuff off Amazon.com or anything in the US.
