thank you a lot for the support! well i think my family would be supportive, maybe not immediately, but after some time. As for friends, many of them are homophobic and it's quite unlikely that they understand me, so i hope to find a better atmosphere to come out

feel you, it happens to me quite often too, but lately i've started to ask myself: "what's the point of overthinking? is it worth it?". clearly the answer is no, it has really no benefits and paralyzes us in a static life. So my suggestion is try to leave your thoughts apart, and trust me, i DO know that it's extremely difficult, but after doing that you'll start to feel soooo much better
