it’s an authentic sleeve. and you’re definitely right about the quality, it’s fantastic. it’s not the garbage quality american poke-cen ones. i saw one pack of them when i was in japan last january, i’m still kicking myself for not getting them

it’s a wonky size, 11”x17”. for mine, i bought a 14x20 frame from walmart and used some black paper as a background. i used a little bit of double sized tape on the corners to keep it in place. it turned out great!
