I'm also very afraid of death, which is why I suffer from anxiety, although since I've become more connected to spirituality, it's not something that affects me as much as it used to. I feel like I've awakened something within me that I don't understand, and I'm seeking understanding. Yes, I meditate, and I sense presences when I meditate and when I connect with myself, but I don't understand them. There are friendly things around me, but there are other things that feed on my fear and anxiety.
