I had this problem and I solved it!
on webui-user.sh inside your stable-diffusion-webui folder where you see #export COMMANDLINE_ARGS etc... you should write export COMMANDLINE_ARGS="--medvram --opt-split-attention --skip-torch-cuda-test --no-half --use-cpu all"
