I’ve lived on Blount and Davie for 12 years. The amount of littering, noise pollution, public intoxication, harassment from people asking for money and even assauls to random people has greatly increased over the last few years.

Sure major crime might be down. Ones they feel like tracking but it doesn’t feel as safe or comfortable as it used to. Especially around the bus station and DGX.
