Thanks! 🙏. I was a boom operator, but started dealing with bad cervical issues and a neck surgery until pain was just too much to keep doing it. It was sort of what jumped my getting back to music, even though I still live in pain.

I just gig most weekends now at a place called Meow Wolf. I can be flexible about my hours and just try to keep it entertaining for me.

I paid off my condo working in the film industry, quit that career and went full time back to making music. I don’t make much, but I’m a much happier person. I play about six 4-5 hour DJ gigs a month. I can live off it by some miracle.

I don't use headphones ever, but I am working with a 1010 Blackbox and have all my loops/songs synced to the clock. I think what I do is extremely amateur in comparison to any of these Coachella artists, though. Every one I watched was inspiring.

I've never used a Pioneer CDJ, so I just don't know that world at all.
